Please be advised that the practice operates a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Failed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged and will need to be paid prior to booking the next appointment.
For dental treatments lasting more than 45 minutes, we may take a deposit of 25% of the treatment cost when booking the appointment. This is non refundable if you fail to attend the appointment or give the required cancellation notice.
